The difference
A reminder isn’t handled just because it stopped buzzing.
Most apps fire a notification and forget it. So the reminder disappears whether you walked the dog, decided she didn’t need it, or were washing up and never saw it. Three completely different outcomes, one identical result.
DGTrack asks for an answer — Done, Skip or Snooze — and until somebody in the family gives one, it stays on the dashboard as waiting on you. Skipping is recorded as skipped, which isn’t the same as done, and everyone can see which it was.

Add your dog
Name, breed, birthday. Breed brings life stage, typical size and temperament with it. A birth date is enough to start suggesting the puppy vaccination series.

Share one code
Your partner, your teenager, your dog-walker. They see every dog and every entry, live. Going away? Send the sitter a 24-hour invite instead — full access while they’re there, none afterwards.

From the home-screen widget, mostly — one tap on the way back in from the garden. It shows up on everyone’s phone about a second later, with your name on it.

Doses, schedules and remaining quantity. Marking the reminder done records the dose and tells you when to reorder.

Wrong button on the notification? Tapping Done offers sixty seconds to take it back. Same for every log in the app.

Does everyone need to pay?
No. Premium attaches to your family, not to each person. One member subscribes and everyone else — partner, kids, sitter — gets the full app at no extra cost.
What happens if I skip a reminder?
It’s recorded as skipped, with your name and the time, and it stops showing as waiting. Skipped and done are stored as different things, so “she didn’t need it” never looks like “it got done.”
Will it work if I don’t open the app for days?
Yes. Reminders are delivered as a push and as an on-device alarm set on every family member’s phone, so they fire independently of whether anyone has the app open.
Can I use it without a signal?
Yes. Logging, reminders and walk tracking all work offline; entries sync as soon as you’re back on a connection.
What if we stop using it — can I get my data out?
Everything exports as CSV, and there’s a printable PDF summary for vet visits. Removing a dog archives it first, with every record kept, so nothing is lost to a mistap.
Is the health advice from a vet?
No. The vaccination schedules and recommended actions are general guidance based on your dog’s age and breed, shown so you know what to ask about. Always confirm with your own vet — they’re the ones who know your dog.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not today. DGTrack is Android only.
